The coaching and consulting will work within the professional ethics and guidelines as designated by the International Coaching Federation and summarised in a separate Appendix (available upon request).

All the information about the business and all its team members will remain strictly confidential. Exceptions to confidentiality relate to supervision in best meeting the needs of business. We ask for business to specify if you would prefer for us not to do so.

Coaching is a unique partnership. I work from the premise that you have all the resources necessary to achieve the desired outcomes. My key commitments are to:

  1. Offer a dedicated, unique and creative space
  2. Listen at the deepest possible level to your individual and team dynamics
  3. Create a flexible approach that leaves time for both in-session and in-between session growth
