Client is looking into an investment opportunity in software/AI and more specifically in odour processing. The opportunity is to invest in a system that will enable better odour detection, analysis and classification. A set of API and models have been developed and founders believe that the technology could be very attractive as such for corporate buyers
Client and the founders would like to conduct preliminary investigation that would confirm the value of the opportunity for specific segments and the feasibility of selling / integrating it in target environment.
Together with founders design sets of metrics that will enable to pave the way from the current system to their vision. Assuming founders would be funded to progress to the next level what would they select as meaningful indicator of success
