Work package of 5 hours per client, that can be jointly designed and sequenced to optimise client objectives.
Hourly rate £250. Minimum pack of 5 hours valid for 3 months.
Fees exclude travel expenses. Luxis.Consulting will use some specific agile tools and bear the licence costs, software training or services during the coaching. If needed, travel expenses will be approved via email and expensed separately.

Payment will be required prior to the start of the work.
All clients can at any point in the sessions declare their preference not to discuss a specific issue, by simply stating that they would rather not discuss this issue. The coach or the consultant agrees to respect this boundary and will not relate or attempt to further this conversation further.
The coaching and consulting will work within the professional ethics and guidelines as designated by the International Coaching Federation and summarised in a separate Appendix (available upon request).
All the information about the business and all its team members will remain strictly confidential. Exceptions to confidentiality relate to supervision in best meeting the needs of business. We ask for business to specify if you would prefer for us not to do so.
There is no refund policy unless the coach or the consultant can be demonstrably shown to have broken the terms of this agreement.
